About Us
ARC Family Resource Centre, located in Raheen, offers a diverse range of services and supports, including community childcare, free counselling, parental support programmes, and a day centre for older community members. Adopting a universal approach to Family Support, the centre addresses unemployment, enhances educational and training opportunities, combats isolation, and provides encouragement and support to individuals and families.As a welcoming space for everyone to belong, grow, and develop together, the centre is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all within the community. It values each person equally, regardless of age, gender, race, disability, social status, or religious beliefs.
ARC FRC’s key focus is on fostering community and family involvement, encouraging participation from management to volunteers. By committing to meet the evolving needs of families in the extended community, the centre delivers tailored responses to effectively address these needs. Engaging with the community to support families and strengthen communal ties remains a priority, and visitors are warmly invited to drop in, share suggestions, and utilise the available services.
