FRC National Forum Pre-Budget Submission 2025 - Budget 2026
The FRC National Forum is calling on the Government to ensure that the FRC National Programme is adequately resourced in 2026 to meet the growing needs of communities.
The FRC National Forum are seeking:
- Optimum core funding of €240,000 for all 121 Family Resource Centres - To cover essential operating costs and enable each FRC to pay 3 core staff on a public sector-aligned wage scale
- An FRC Capital Funding Stream - To introduce and develop a dedicated Capital Funding Stream for FRC
- Funding for Counselling Services - To expand our successful counselling and wraparound supports to implement the Therapeutic Services Roadmap
