As CEO, Fergal Landy is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to achieve the goals of the Family Resource Centre National Forum. Reporting to the Board, he oversees the operational, financial, strategic, and communications activities of the FRC National Forum. Fergal leads the National Forum staff and ensures all activities align with the FRC National Forums' vision, mission, and values. Fergal represents Family Resource Centres and engages with various national bodies, organisations, and the government on behalf of the FRC Program, focusing on policy development, advocacy, funding and program sustainability. Collaborating and engaging with various stakeholders to develop partnerships, Fergal works to grow the positive impact of the FRC National Forum and the National FRC program at local and national levels.

Mary Mulcahy
Mental Health Training & Policy Officer
Mary Mulcahy serves as the Mental Health Training and Policy Officer for the Family Resource Centre National Forum. Focusing on Suicide Prevention and Employee Wellbeing, Mary delivers a variety of workshops to the management, staff, and volunteers across all 121 Family Resource Centres. Her expertise includes FRC Suicide Prevention Code of Practice Training and Workplace Wellbeing workshops tailored to the needs of participants. Mary also facilitates Taking Action for Whole Health & Welbeing workshops to encourage selfcare practice within the National FRC Program. Rita Bevan
Cork & Kerry Region Coordinator for Social Prescribing
Rita Bevan is the Regional Coordinator for 10 Social Prescribing sites across the Cork and Kerry Region. Rita oversees the development, growth, and sustainability of the Health & Wellbeing Community Referral Project. In addition, she supports the Managers and Social Prescribing Link Workers across the ten sites in establishing extensive support networks and referral pathways to foster an integrated, collaborative approach with local agencies, groups, and service providers. Rita is a member of the All Ireland Social Prescribing Network (AISPN) and sits on the Steering Committee and the AISPN research subcommittee; she has collaborated with UCC to produce significant research to demonstrate the value of the Health & Wellbeing Community Referral Project.

Kathleen Kemp
Project Officer
Kathleen Kemp is the Project Officer with FRC National Forum. Her role includes digital communication, website administration, social media content creation and engagement, and event support. She also provides administrative support to the Mental Health Promotion Project team. Kathleen represents the National Forum on the All Ireland Social Prescribing Network (AISPN) Communications Subcommittee and administers the AISPN website.
