Fergal Landy

CEO

Fergal Landy is the CEO of the Family Resource Centres National Forum. - Reporting to the Board, Fergal oversees the operational, financial, strategic and communications activities of the National Forum and is responsible for ensuring these activities align with our vision, mission, and values. Fergal leads the National Forum staff team. Fergal engages with, and represents, FRCs in various national fora in relation to policy development, advocacy, and funding. Fergal engages with a range of stakeholders and develops partnerships to promote the National FRC programme.

Shauna Diamond

National Mental Health Programme Manager

Shauna Diamond is the National Mental Health Programme Manager. Shauna is responsible for managing the National FRC Mental Health Promotion Project team, funded by the HSE and Tusla for delivering Suicide Prevention training and mental health promotion initiatives. Shauna also takes a lead role in the management, oversight and development of Social Prescribing in Cork and Kerry and works at a National level to further develop Social Prescribing integration into FRCs. More recently Shauna oversees the coordination of the National Problem Gambling Service, funded through the Gambling Awareness Trust, which funds therapeutic supports to those with gambling addiction and affected others, in 20 Family Resource Centres.

Grace Kearney

Counselling and Therapeutic Supports, National Lead

Grace Kearney is the Counselling and Therapeutic Supports, National Lead. Grace is responsible for overseeing the Recovery and Resilience Funding rollout, sourced in partnership with the HSE office of Integrated Operations Care Group. Grace is responsible for ensuring that this new service development is delivered on schedule and to a high standard of quality and ensuring all financial and service activity and outcome reporting is completed for the funder and other stakeholders. Grace provides Clinical governance/support to FRC management for existing counselling and therapeutic support activity to ensure the FRC programme collectively meets best practices and high clinical governance.

Mary Mulcahy

Mental Health Training and Policy Officer with the National FRC Mental Health Promotion Project

Mary Mulcahy is the Mental Health Training and Policy Officer with the National FRC Mental Health Promotion Project. Mary delivers a range of programmes to the management, staff and volunteers across all 121 Family Resource Centres, focusing primarily on Suicide Prevention and a variety of supports and training for Employee Wellbeing including Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) training and tailored self-care sessions. Marie Kennedy

Member Support and Engagement Officer

Marie Kennedy is the Member Support and Engagement Officer. Marie supports the active membership of the FRCNF through consultation with FRC members through the National Forum structures to ascertain their views on the FRC National Forum and what membership means to them. Marie seeks to enhance communication processes and to provide training courses, workshops, and seminars on issues of collective interest to members, and to create opportunities for FRCNF members to network, share information and collaborate.

Rita Bevan

Regional Coordinator for 10 Social Prescribing sites across the Cork and Kerry Region

Rita Bevan is the Regional Coordinator for 10 Social Prescribing sites across the Cork and Kerry Region. Rita has responsibility for overseeing the development, growth and sustainability of the Health and Wellbeing Community Referral Project. Rita is available to support the Managers and Link Workers across the ten sites. Rita supports Link Workers in building a broad support network and referral pathways that promotes the development of an integrated collaborative approach with agencies, groups and service providers at a local level. Rita works in partnership with the 10 sites and the UCC Research Assistant to evidence the Social Prescribing programme.

Project Officer with the National Mental Health Promotion Project

Kathleen Kemp is the Project Officer with the National Mental Health Promotion Project. Kathleen works part-time. Her role includes digital communication, visual branding, website design & SEO, social media content creation and engagement. She also provides administrative support to the Mental Health Promotion Project team.
